It's a first type Oberndorf German double set trigger that has lost its rear cocking trigger.
The second type has a different front trigger shape.
They are fully machined in the upper side of the trigger guard.
This system was widely used on continental rifles.
With the rear trigger you set the mechanism and pulling the front one fires the rifle.
When set the pull is extremely light.
A long and heavy pull on the front trigger can also fire the gun.
