These old SAKO L691īs arenīt any handmade custom rifles but if you compare their quality to any other factory made ones, you could notice that their finishing level is quite high.

In the beginning caliber 9,3x62 was designed to big game Africa hunt so itīs very understandable that any speed to reach was desireable. Thatīs why most rifles with that caliber had long barrel. Nowadays bespoke caliber is very popular in Europe, mostly when hunting boars, bears and moose. Shorter rifles in these hunts has increased their popularity quite rapidly and that for good reasons.
