Why not ? For example, SAKO L691 with carbine lenght full stock isn´t any uncommon rifle here in Finland.




CZ offered the 20” barreled 550 FS stutzen model in 9.3x62 for several years, here in the States. I do not intend to lean on the throttle. This rifle will be used for forest still hunting and possibly riding in a saddle scabbard in the Rockies. Recoil will not be an issue. I’ve toyed with the idea of a Type M in 10.75x68. While I’m not particularly recoil sensitive, that round would likely be a little much for me.
