Anyone have instructions or tips on installing H&H mounts?

Gentlemen,
I have a few H&H mounts lying around, I was going to try and put them on a a few of my rifles. I would like to do some in depth reading before I launch this project. I was curious if any of you had any tips or directions on how to do it?
