Stock is about finished. That's good, because I may be using it for deer or antelope in the next 2 weeks.

Antelope first, then deer, then elk and then antelope again and finally a late deer hunt in late November.

I have other rifles I want to try too.

My old 30-30 marlin.
My M98 Mauser full-stock in 9.3X57
My Lee 303 "speed"

I have quite a few tags to fill this season, but more rifles and loads I want to try then I have tags for. I personally have 4 tags now and I am getting 2 more. I will fill our freezers and also I have 4 older friends who asked for meat this year. I will do all I can to help them too.

Dang..........I need more tags------------- and a lot more years and hunts.

That's one thing I really hate about getting old. Knowing that some day I will have to stop hunting.
