Very much depends on where it is and local market. In the UK Parker Hales are in the £300 to £500 level, but you can get a servo I left one for £150. A friend got a decent older Sako 375 with a Zeiss scope for £700.
With PH / whitworths etc there is quite a bit of difference in the feel between one and the next one. Some have beautifully smooth and slick actions. Others feel like they have sand and lots of slop in the action. This can make a big difference between somebody wanting it or not.
There is of course a lot of difference between asking and getting price.
