No problem igorrock. I figured if I can't make a decision lol, the members here will get a crack at it. I will throw this out there tho, the round I have thought about is the .35-.348 win improved. But the trouble of getting brass brings an issue, along with wanting something larger. One of many ideas has been blowing the .303 case or x54 case out to hold a .411-.458" bullet. Not after or needing a fast cartridge, so something in the 1800-2300 fps range is fine with me.
What I do want is a parent case that is readily available and reasonably cheap. Something with loads available. And minimum work needed to the action
