The style of the service load info: 2.67 gramm GewehrBlaettchenPulver = 41.2gr rifle flake powder / Stahlmantel Geschoss = steel jacketed bullet shows the receiver was civilian proofed in Suhl or Zella Mehlis first pre-1912. At least, it has been restocked and most likely rebarreled, perhaps several times. The scope is of 1920s -30s vintage. Take the rifle apart and post photos of all marks and numbers you may find under barrel, receiver, on magazine and bolt. These marks may allow closer dating and perhaps establishing origin of the parts. Also, the shape of the bolt handle and the set trigger mechanism are important.
