No, that's one of the "cheap Suhl made Mauser rifles" mentioned by justcurious. These were built post-WW1 by Suhl and Zella-Mehlis gunmakers post-WW1 on ex-military Gew98 actions. Definitely not a Mauser, Oberndorf, factory product!
