After following some of the threads on this site, I took the plunge and decided to have a Mauser sporter built, in the spirit of a Rigby in 275 (aka 7X57 Mauser). Starting with a 1900 Danzig action, the action's been trued and rebarreled, with a new bolt handle, express sights and front barrel sling swivel. The metal work has been done by Bill Jacobs of Bolt and Barrel Gunsmithing (Telephone: 864-993-2522/ Email: clemsongunsmith@hotmail.com) and the stockwork is currently being done by Mark Novak in South Carolina. I'll share more photos as they come in!
