With the right sized cases, if a .323" bullet seated in the brass easily chambers, it should be OK. Best to first test with a light load using a moderate burning powder - from a book loading- say, for instance a starting load with something like H4895, a powder than can be reduced to 60% of a full load, without giving ANY problems.
