That ghost ring was a one-off sight made by Bailey Bradshaw. Since that one wasn't adjustable it was made for that specific gun. He might make one that is adjustable for elevation and windage in the future. It attaches via Talley dimension dovetails. Bailey's contact info can be seen on his website:
