Seems to me, the 146 is a M98 action.
If in good shape and they usually are, you can probably duplicate the 1925 9.3x62 performance, that is, you should be able to make just over 2,300fps with a 286gr. when all is said and done.
Norma loaded/loads the 9.3x57 to 34,000cip- copper crusher measurement.
Why they do this, is uncertain as the M46's are chambered for the 8x57, 9.3x62 and 6.5x55 as well. The first two run 57,000psi and the 6.5 is standard at 55,000psi.
We all know the M98's will handle even more if YOU want - it all depends on what that is and what shoots best.
