Well Alan.
All of the above-mentioned names are all good and top end rifles. I have been standing with a modern made H&H mauser in .308Win with nice the custom touches. Nice nice nice. I have also had a few Hartmann & Weiss Mausers in my hands which are executed to perfection. I myself have a Ritterbusch which is also nice. Itīs very difficult to say if any of them are truly protuding soo much better than the rest because these guns are done to owners taste and finish in the top-end of gun-craftmanship.
If Money is absolutly no object I would visit them all and make up my mind from there.
There is always a but....and here comes "my-but"..I see Hartmann Und Weiss as a top-end goal in my "Mauserworld" of understanding. It may just be a brainfart...but let it be...
