During the Russian Finnish war, Sweden gave a number of M96 Mausers 6.5x55 to Denmark.

The books say that the usual brass disc seen in Swedish M96s was replaced by "a Danish Silver coin".

No where can I find what coin. The brass disc is about 1.185" (30mm).

There are a few Danish silver coins that big.

Does anyone know what coin was used ?
