the 1957 proofed 8x57 JS sporter has the double set trigger mechanism installed into a military 98k first version WW2 stamped triggger guard (2nd version had no locking screw slot), not the thing you would normally expect on any one-off made rifle !

and that part appears to be mismatched to the serial of the rifle ?
