It's a Haenel Modell 1900, high grade St.P.No.9 With ribbed,half octogon barrel, matted and case hardened action, double set trigger. Made in small numbers only from 1900 to 1909. See "Der Waffenschmied # 33", A publication of the German Gun Collectors Association, www.germanguns.com
