Sorry, Axel, you are wrong !
The front one is a light, blind magazine, 25-06 stalking rifle built on a much modified 96' action.
Indeed the other one is your southpaw .275 Rigby lying on the desk after the shooting session at Amelie range.
The other photos show the updated sights, now fully usable with the Rigby peep.
The rifle is now in the finishing stage. It has been engraved with all letters markings and a few light touches of scrolls and will be fully rust blued in the following weeks.

The 28" octagonal barreled Mauser "African Model" is a 8x60.
That fine rifle has been the subject of a post in "Mauser Forum Photo & Archive" under "Three interesting Original Mauser rifles" title.
