Please forgive the very much delayed post from my Visit in France in order to test shoot my Dorleac&Dorleac .275 Rigby.

I had the pleasure to meet up with Joel, his son and his family and even got invited to his house up in the mountains.

Unfortunately I got robbed and lost my iphone with all the photos, but I did recover some.

I had the pleasure of visiting the shooting range up in the mountains, Amelie Les Bains - and the rifle was hole-in-hole as you would expect from Joel and his crew.

The Region of Languedoc Roussillon is particular in the sense that you can go hunting at 3000 meters and go to the beach on the same day. Spectacular doesnt even begin to cover it.

I thank the people of Dorleac & Dorleac for the experience of a lifetime and a truly great rifle - but really you are not just buying a weapon here - you are buying an experience and in my case a lifetime friendship with Joel and his Son - as well as a fantastic future family heirloom ( lets just hope my son will also be left-handed! If not, too bad for him he he).
