Pretty darn hard to improve on Paul Mauser's design of the '98. The only modifications I can see is minor with the safety and bolt handle for low scope mounting clearance. Speaking of Sako, I have their latest catalogue and it states "controlled cartridge feed"
I have not put their action through feed test though.
