i think i picked up a rigby 400/350 stock dirt cheap on ebay.
i don't have it in hand yet but from the pictures it sure looks like its for a step ring action with slanted bottom metal. hopefully it will clean up.
it will probably take me 20 years before i can find and afford the rest of the parts.
