Dons: The gun did not have a buttplate, it has holes for the plate and is unfinished & curved. I looked around for mauser buttplates and the only ones I found were the ones with the Mauser banner and the 6 point star around the screw holes. Is there any where I can get the buttplate with intertwined initials "WM" within a shield.
