They work OK. I fired the 416 Rigby version and it shot well.

However, the gun kicked like a mule from bad Stock design (and this is from someone who can handle plenty of recoil !!!)
the action was not very smooth (in fact I thought it was bloddy appalling !!!) and
the overall fit and finish of the action was an abortion.

I'll take an English finished gun any time.

As Alan said, "The 100 year Centenary is an overpriced work rifle"
is an understatement.

Just my 2nd HO !!!
