I am rapidly learning more & more about my lucky find. It seems that finding original Mauser see through scope mounts is going to be even more luck than I can hope for?

My youngster wanted to go on a "walk & stalk" after Minah birds with it. That was even before I had a clue of its true value. I guess he'll be stuck with the Remington pump action for a while yet....
