No, I'm not referring to the later export rifles such as you noted. I am talking about rifle that are exactly like my M46 or the M146's pictured so often on gunboards, but they do not have the thumb cutout.

The Swedish fellows on that site seem to know what they are talking about, except they call the 9.3x62's chambered in M98 Husky's as being M146's, not M246's. I've seen too many of them pictured there to think they are anything else.
