Gotcha - although I now seem to remember the 46A in 9.3x57 was teh same as a M46, but without a stripper clip thumb cut and the model 246's were m98's in 9.3x62 without the thumb cuts while the M146's were 9.3x62's with the stripper clip thumb cuts. It's all very confusing.
