The internet is great for sharing ideas but also it reduces a lot of taste to that enjoyed by the dominant culture, in the firearms world currently I feel the flavour is "american", they very much favour stocks that some would consider "loud" or "gawdy". This is in comparison to more "germanic" or "english" styles which are "quieter". This will probably start a war as taste is so individual - but have you really thought about style or are you "following fashion" ??

Having said all that if I had to choose without being able to examine the blanks at hand the only one I'd use is #207 - it is the same both sides and you can see the flow from the pictures. The other blanks may be fine, I just can't tell from a photo.
