Mialls are the importer and can to sell to you direct as well.
They should be able to give you the price for barrels, bolt heads, magazines and mounts.
Someone else to try is Mark Savage - Hunters Aim - who is a fellow Queenslander of yours. He has a dealers licence, is a Mauser M03 shooter as well, and has dealt with Mialls in the past.

If interested I have a spare .30-06 'Solid' barrel available for sale. Just need to change my firearms registration as that one was the first one for the rifle. Hardly used. As new condition.
Which model of the M03 were you looking at?
