Standard load used around here is 110 to 120 grains of AR2209, 535 grain Woodleigh or Bertram projectile and a 215 Federal magnum primer, seated to the crimp groove and firmly crimped.

Like you said, usual handloading caveats apply, start lower and work up etc etc.
