IIRC, that is basically what the old, miscarried 9.5 Musgrave/.375 Musgrave was, a .338 opened up to .375. Musgrave in Bloemfontein advertised it in the '80's but I'm not sure if they ever built one. Now defunct, as is the company. Too bad, they made some nice "sporterized" M98 Mausers for a while, and had their own action, too.
