Justcurious is right on.
The two digits on the root of the bolt are the last two of the Mauser serial number not the Rigby number.

Also, may I suggest posting this on just the Mauser discussion forum rather than on a bunch of them.
This way, all of the discussion is kept in one place for reference and you dont need to check for replies in multiple forums.
