That second rifle looks like it has an inlay on the front cross bolt

But is it true that H&H use standard length Mauser for the 375 H&H unless the customer specifies otherwise? Many years ago, perhaps 30 years, I saw an H&H 375 on the M17. It was for sale and the owner had boxes and boxes of Kynoch 375 ammo for it.
