I looked at another of this guy's kit a while back, a H.S. Precision Take down with 2 barrels in the normal Pelican case, the rifle had rust in the barrel threads and else where and the case was a disaster and was asking a real top price. I was interested before I built the CZ's up but he did not like to many questions about lock up etc so I dropped it.

Now if this is the one your talking about.:

I tend to agree, I paid $2.5k for each of the stocks plus the blank, the Recknagel metal work is expensive but the cost to manufacture, make the feed correct etc does add up. I was told the cases are about $6 each but add the cost of the Woodleigh's, loaded ammo, dies etc and I think it would be close to a build price without the wait. $9.5k ? maybe, just.....

That's just my opinion.
