Nitrox: Yes, the 6.5x65 has issues besides the ones mentioned. According to the DEVA manual, it is prone to secondary detonations with slow powders and low load densities. It does however have a fast twist, unlike the 6.5x68, so you can shoot heavy bullets. It is unproblematic if you load it hot, especially with compressed loads, for which it is well suited (... but you do have to do the additional case prep step to avoid the doughnut issue, which is a bit of a hassle). Extremely accurate, however, with Lapua Scenar and Berger Match bullets. The first two shots out of cold barrel do literally hit the same hole, you can shoot flies with that caliber.
