I agree with the 1909 Argentine action from Berlin. One really good reason to use this action other than the overall quality of workmanship is the trigger bow floorplate release. This is a very nice feature and much like the original Oberndorf sporters. All of the Argentine military rifles I have inspected feel very solid and smooth just as they are.
As for pricing, I recently saw two Argentine carbines for $360 each and they were in really nice shape. I thought of picking them up just to save for the actions. I know one day I will regret not doing so.
