You might want to consider Griffin & Howe. They can rust blue the metalwork and take care of the swivel issue, etc. They can also refinish the existing stock and recut the checkering, which will save you a bundle over the cost of restocking..and..preserve some of the originality. I personally prefer their work to the 'turnbull look', particularly on a rifle like this.
