As a wood dude, I guarandangtee you that is Bastogne. That is even better for your 404. For my Mauser customs, I usually add a 3-way Win Mod 70 safety, titanium firing pin with heavier spring for faster lock times, better bottom metal, and a Kepplinger set trigger which you might skip in that caliber. I might suggest John Vest for turning the stock. He uses a Hoenig and does magnificent work. He has great classic patterns by Earl Milliron which are classic but fancy at the same time. Nice start to your gun. |
