Recently, I paid 1/2 that price ($30.00) for a Mauser's extractor and the extractor ring for a small-ring 98 mauser I have in possession.

I haven't deceided witha to do with the rifle yet, but something in a .35 would be nice, especially on a 57mm case. Hey - that's exactly what you are looking at - well, very similar! A 98 action here is $150.00.

I-too have a Husky M46 in 9.3x57 - delightful gun to carry and shoot. The rifles in this 'genre' are special.
I realize that 9.3x57 prefers lighter, shorter guns, but I like full length 24" bls. and 7 1/2 to 9 pounds for increased steadiness when shooting off hand. The barrrel length doesn't bother me for carrying around here.
