if did not take them out of the stock you will not see the mauser numbers if they are there,post the pics, so far the gun looks good to me ,i just dont like the rear bridge being shave down to accept someones base and the front ring tapped, other than that for a cased gun it is a decent price , and if it happens that the case is not original to the gun it is still worth 750-1000.
