Rod has done some pretty extensive testing with most commonly available bullets in the 9.3. I've rad the Speer bullet can seem 'hard' if not driven fast enough, yet too soft if driven too hard, ie: 2,650fps. If I missed the test on the 270 Speer driven at 2,300fps. please advise. That is the velocity I'm getting in my M46 and is the bullet I'm taking into the bush this year (10 days starting next weekend) as the camp's Cook's grizzly protection. Problems previously have mandated this. Back and shoulder problems have restricted my guiding for another year. Perchance I'll get some shooting in anyway?
