Re: My "new" Husqvarna Model 46 in 9.3x57 Mauser

Bob:
I had the plearuse of viewing your rifle the other day in person, as I dropped off my '96 action 9.3x57 Husky to have it mounted and scoped by your gunsmith. Your's is a very nice rifle. Mine will start out at the same point as yours. They were about twins. Aphoto of mine would look just like your original rifle, so no need. Todd did a great job and you now have a great sporter in MHO, in a wonderful hunting caliber.
Mine will have Warne mounts, quick detach rings, glass bed, likely a new safety set up as with yours, and some bolt bending. I want to try to keep as close to the "mauser" style bolt as possible.
I wil also stay with the cock on closing. I like it.

Thanks for the referal to Todd at Lone Star Armory.
