8x68-type with COAL of 3.50" - what mauser system to select?

I´m planning to build a mauser-rifle for a wildcat thats based on the 8x68. The cartridge length will be up to 3.50".
What military-mauser-system should be preferred to be used (chile, peru, argentina, brazil)?
