If you're willing to put some more time in handloading and if the rifle is capable, you can better these. With my Blaser R93, I was lucky to shoot under MOA from the start (4 x scope power). Here are two 5-shot group made with the second handload I tried, using a 286 Lapua Mega bullet + VV N 135 powder :
