Could it be a 98A military action used by a non-Oberndorf maker? Rick, this is a neat gun, and one that deserves to see use in the field. Your Lady is one tough "hombre" if she can stand a steady diet of heavy 8x57 loads in a tanktop! PS: Rick, does the bolt have a safety lug? PPS: I grind boltheads flat from time to time, too, but the reason is I'm a lefty and it gives me better purchase of the bolt when working it with a scope mounted. |
