Only a couple of hundred rifles were completed by Walter Roll with special serial numbers containing his initials. They were sold to Officers of the French and American occupying forces. Walter Roll was the last director of the sporting arms department at Mauser before the factory was destroyed. This Type S is in 6.5x57 and has a Zeiss Zielacht 8X scope. |
