The switch barrel can be chosen for different hunts.
It's a bit silly to use a
375 on a purely plains game hunt. Unless one wants to.
Or if hunting mountain game, deer etc.
I recognised this limitation. So I purchased two Mauser M03 switch barrel rifles. With four barrels. I can have a 8x68S and a .404 at the same time.
And carry them in a shorter gun case.
