I know the deep knowledge and proficiency of the H & W to produce first class hunting rifles.
But agree with Louis. I don't like all that baroque "embellishment". My dreams are first of all, the 1930's Original Sporting Mauser rifles! And the 1950-60 FN Sporting Mauser Rifles. Period!
I like how were made the fine pre-WW2 Mannlicher-Schoenauer rifles, but don't like the M-Sch as a hunting rifle as much as I like the Original Mausers.....!
