I seem to remember some rifle, perhaps even a plastic fantastic rifle used by a gentleman from Darwin, in Queensland ... I don't remember the chambering ... but the horror of it did burn in my memory ...
As for the .416 Taylor, its correct nonmenclature is the .416 Chatfield-Taylor. As such being hyphenated, it at least pretends to a pedigree.
