I don't know about Europe, but some years ago, I saw my friend Dave Norin build a rifle with identical side mounts made by a gunsmith in the US. I cannot remember who it was, at the moment. Age does that.

Finland has many superb gunsmiths - perhaps one of them could machine what you need?
