Looks like a real Mauser Oberndorf commercial "Kurz" action. The serial number 5679 points to 1902. The set trigger and trigger guard seems to be original, early type too. The Mauser serial number ought to be repeated on the rear wall of the magazine. Or, is there another serial number under the receiver ring?
